Al Johara is advocating wellness for women as a daily active pursuit, of activities, choices and lifestyles that lead to overall holistic health, physical health, mental wellbeing, social wellbeing, happiness, contentment and spiritual peace.

 

Wellness is generally associated with our physical condition, while wellbeing refers to a more holistic experience involving our psychological and spiritual states. Each greatly impact and compliments the other contributing to a well-balanced, vital and enriched self.

 

Women are happy when they are in a state of wellness and wellbeing where their needs - physical, emotional, and spiritual - are being met. More and more, women are taking the means to achieve wellness and wellbeing into their own hands in order to lead fulfilling, happy lives.

 

They no longer will count on others to contribute to their wellbeing. The pursuit of wellness and wellbeing comprise multiple facets.
