The firm offers proprietary end-to-end solutions for investors and/or management teams requiring expertise or augmented capabilities to grow their companies and portfolios. Ms. Salman has a $5.5 billion track record of structuring, funding, growing, and exiting global ventures, both private and institutional.

Since founding Salman Solutions she has developed its proprietary business growth methodology and has executed numerous global transactions in a variety of asset classes including luxury and consumer goods, lifestyle brands, consumer tech, sustainable tech, healthcare, biotech, and energy. Ms. Salman’s training as a mergers and acquisitions tax attorney, formerly in-house at Shell Oil Company and  Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association Energy and Environment Taxes Committee, provides the structural and technical detail of transactions necessary in today’s dynamic business climate. Her business acumen combined with superb communication skills have made her an industry expert in areas such as family offices with private direct investments, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other business-critical issues of strategic change.

Through her diverse relationships, NGO, and non-profit board memberships, Ms. Salman contributes to strengthening local and global organizations and their ability to create impact. She is an active leader in the women's economic development and entrepreneurship ecosystem. Her involvement ranges from working as an  Honorary Advisor to the UN (Project Director Social Impact Projects/NGO Committee on Sustainable  Development) to serve on the board of several cultural institutions (Houston Ballet Guild, Center for  Contemporary Craft, Fresh Arts) as well as the board of the Bilateral Chamber of Commerce, to providing financial leadership to a private family foundation supporting basic human needs (The Seraph Foundation).

Ms. Salman has an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Houston, a JD and BS in international trade and finance with a minor in economics from Louisiana State University, and is licensed to practice law in Texas,  Louisiana, and before the U.S. Tax Court.
