Basma Al-Hajaj is the Committee Chair of our Saudi Arabia chapter. Based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, she is also the Founder of Basma Alhajaj interior arts, creating residential and commercial spaces since 2015. Basma first started her career in Marketing at IMC Jeddah (International Medical Center) after graduating with a Bachelors in Journalism from AUS (American University of Sharjah) she later moved to Riyadh and decided to focus on her family and kids, taking a short career hiatus. 

Basma has  also worked for several years as head of visual merchandising at DNA boutique, branching into styling and photoshoots for websites such as farfetch among others.

Basma is very passionate about empowering women in the region and believes in the level of talent, creativity and potential they possess and hopes that through this initiative women will gain access to the tools and resources needed to foster all areas of their growth.
