Amy is a native New Yorker who has spent the last ten years in London and the GCC. She is a lawyer by profession and currently General Counsel for Sharestates, a US based fintech firm and on the board of a Bahrain based tokenization fintech firm INABLR. Prior to that she was a Director in the Legal Department at the Arcapita Group.

Amy also helps manage her family's real estate and investment assets in the United States and India. Previously, she was an Associate in the Real Estate Group at Akerman Senterfitt LLP in New York focused on real estate transactions and development, project finance, economic development and general corporate matters.

Amy earned her Juris Doctor degree with honors from New York Law School and her undergraduate degree in Finance, with honors, from Pace University while she was a JP Morgan Chase Thomas G. Labrecque Smart Start Scholar.

Amy is committed to investing time in causes furthering education generally and for girls and women, developing women's representation in finance and law and educating women on financial opportunities and investments to ensure a secure future and build wealth.

 

Amy enjoys staying active and has a newfound love of fitness, health and wellness.
