Amy is a native New Yorker who now lives in London after spending 5+ years living and working in the GCC. She is a lawyer by profession and a Director in the Legal Department at the Arcapita Group. Her responsibilities involve overseeing investment transactions and corporate and regulatory matters for Arcapita.
Amy also helps manage her family's real estate and investment assets in the United States and India. Previously, Amy was an Associate in the Real Estate Group at Akerman Senterfitt LLP in New York, where she focused on real estate transactions and development, project finance, economic development and general corporate matters.
Amy earned her Juris Doctor degree with honors from New York Law School and her undergraduate degree in Finance, with honors, from Pace University while she was a JP Morgan Chase Thomas G. Labrecque Smart Start Scholar.
Amy is committed to investing time in causes furthering education generally and for girls and women, developing women's representation in finance and law and educating women on financial opportunities and investments to ensure a secure future and build wealth.
Amy enjoys staying active and has a newfound love of fitness, health and wellness.
